Few professions can train a person in the art of negotiation quite like that of a diplomat, and that is precisely where Kristian honed his impressive skills. For ten years, he worked in foreign affairs, rising to the position of Deputy High Commissioner. Kristian’s father was an interior designer and artist who instilled in him a deep appreciation for architecture, styling and decor. His potential for property sales was identified early, when aged nineteen, he was offered a job in a prominent real estate agency. Instead, Kristian chose to pursue University studies; a B.A. Honours in International Relations and a M.A. in Diplomatic Studies.
Kristian’s career has come full circle, finally returning to real estate where his negotiation, patience, flexibility, tactfulness and results oriented approach have earned him immense praise from his past clients. Speaking six languages; Russian, French, Arabic, Maltese, English and Italian - the last three fluently, and a history buff, Kristian’s diverse interests and experiences see clients and prospective purchasers easily warm up to his genuine charm and charisma, paving the way for smooth, calm negotiations, and a more enjoyable sales experience for all. After living in four different continents, Kristian has settled in Port Phillip, relishing its beachside lifestyle and close proximity to the city.
